A Timeline of Growth and Innovation

2002

The Foundation

High Street was co-founded by former partners of Trammell Crow Company, marking the beginning of our journey in reshaping the industrial and logistics real estate landscape.

2004

The First Leap

Launch of HS Fund I, a series of non-discretionary joint ventures. This inaugural fund set the stage for our future endeavors.

2006

Building Momentum

HS Fund II launches, consisting of two non-discretionary joint ventures. This step reinforced our growing presence in the market.

2008

Building the Core Team

The foundation for High Street’s future growth is laid with the appointment of Andy Zgutowicz as Head of Acquisitions and John Hoadley as Chief Financial Officer.

 

Expanding Horizons

The launch of HS Fund III, High Street’s first fully discretionary fund and marked the beginning of our narrow focus exclusively on logistics assets.

2012

Strengthening the Core

HS Fund IV included investment by a diverse group of US and foreign institutional investors further underscoring our growing reputation.

 

Dallas Regional Office Established

High Street establishes a Dallas regional office, enhancing asset management and supporting continued acquisitions in the region.

2014

Atlanta Regional Office Established

High Street establishes an Atlanta regional office, enhancing asset management and supporting continued acquisitions in the region.

2014-2015

New Ventures & HSRE Core+ Fund V

In 2014, High Street launched its first Value-Add initiative, introducing a value investment strategy to expand its portfolio. In 2015, HSRE Fund V was launched, broadening our reach in the marketplace.

2017-2018

Strategic Sales and Expansion

2017 was marked by the sale of the HS Fund IV portfolio, a significant milestone in our history. In 2018, we expanded our platform to include dedicated value-add acquisitions and development teams, focusing on High Street’s major markets and infill locations.

2018

Transition to Investment Leadership

Andy Zgutowicz, previously Head of Acquisitions, is appointed Chief Investment Officer, directing investment strategy for both existing assets and new acquisitions.

2019-2021

Continual Growth

HS Fund VI was launched in 2019, continuing our expansion in the marketplace. The HS Fund V portfolio was sold in 2020. In 2021, HS VI acquired a portfolio in a Co-Invest structure with existing Fund VI investors. 2021 also saw the launch of HS Fund VII.

2022

The Latest Achievements

In 2022, High Street launched its first fully discretionary value fund.

2023

A New Chapter of Leadership

Bob Chagares becomes Chairman, Andy Zgutowicz assumes the role of CEO and President, and Conor Feeney is named Chief Investment Officer.
