Kevin D. Coughlin
Head of Acquisitions – Principal
Mr. Coughlin is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in all of High Street’s target markets and sourcing acquisition opportunities in the Northeast including Pennsylvania, Baltimore/Washington DC and Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. Mr. Coughlin joined High Street in 2005 as a Financial Analyst and from 2008 through 2013 was an Asset Manager overseeing High Street’s Atlanta, New Jersey and Chicago assets. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, he served as an accountant at CitiStreet, a State Street & Citigroup Company. Mr. Coughlin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business. Mr. Coughlin is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of NAIOP’s Industrial Development Forum.
David P. O’Reilly
Managing Director, Acquisitions – Principal
Mr. O’Reilly joined High Street as a Managing Director of Acquisitions in June 2014. He is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the Southeast region of the United States, specifically in the Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida markets. Mr. O’Reilly has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including investments, dispositions, leasing and joint venture portfolio management. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. O’Reilly served as an Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing over his 14-year career with First Industrial Realty Trust. Mr. O’Reilly earned his BS from the Illinois Benedictine College, his MS in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the DePaul University. Mr. O’Reilly is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and NAIOP’s Investment Management forum.
Adam S. Naparsteck
Managing Director, Acquisitions – Principal
Mr. Naparsteck is responsible for acquisitions in the Chicago market. Mr. Naparsteck joined High Street in 2018 after 12 years in industrial real estate brokerage, most recently at NAI Hiffman. He has represented a number of institutional clients including Blackstone, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial, and Dermody Properties to name a few. Mr. Naparsteck primarily focused on sale-leasebacks in institutional quality assets, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial facilities. Mr. Naparsteck holds a BA in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. Mr. Naparsteck is active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a member of the DEI Committee of the Chicago Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Timothy J. Collins
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Mr. Collins is Managing Director, Capital Markets at High Street’s Boston area office. In this role, across all Funds and separate accounts, he is responsible for oversight of debt capital markets, including debt placement and negotiations, lender relationships, and the overall execution strategy. From 2016-2019, prior to rejoining High Street, he worked as Vice President / Commercial Officer at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank where he was responsible for CRE portfolio growth and management. Mr. Collins previously worked at High Street from 2011 -2016 as Senior Associate, Acquisitions and performed various roles including acquisition sourcing, debt, closings, underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and dispositions. From 2006-2011, he served as Assistant Vice President/ Commercial Real Estate Officer for Legacy Real Estate Finance (Legacy Banks) generating commercial real estate debt opportunities nationally and managing a $120 million non-recourse loan portfolio. Tim holds a BS and MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
Michael B. O’Donoghue
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Mr. O’Donoghue is Managing Director, Capital Markets (Equity) at High Street, based in the New York metro area. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s Capital Markets (Equity) and Investor Relations efforts, focusing on managing client and consultant relationships, new business development, and client service. Prior to joining High Street in 2024, Mr. O’Donoghue helped lead the Investor Relations function at Alidade Capital, a value-add real estate fund manager. He spent most of his career from 2012 to 2021 at TPG Angelo Gordon, where he most recently concentrated on fundraising for their real estate platform. Mr. O’Donoghue began his career at JPMorgan in their Private Banking division. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from the Lerner School of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.
Jeremy F. Brown
Director, Investments
Mr. Brown is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the southwest region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown covered all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Senior Asset Manager for the southwest region. Prior to joining High Street in 2018, Mr. Brown worked as an Asset Manager for Colony Industrial where he managed a portfolio across the Denver, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and Tampa markets. Prior to serving as Asset Manager, his responsibilities included working with all aspects of underwriting, accounting, budgeting and reporting. Before working at Colony Industrial, Mr. Brown worked for Fidelity Investments in Westlake Texas. Mr. Brown holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. Mr. Brown is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NAIOP in Dallas.
Matthew S. Rolston
Associate, Debt & Investments
Matthew Rolston joined High Street in 2023 as an Associate responsible for supporting the firm’s debt capital markets and acquisition activities. In addition, he is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding key lending relationships for the firm nationwide. Prior to joining High Street, Matthew was a Senior Analyst on Northmarq’s debt and equity placement team in Boston. In his five years at Northmarq, Matthew was directly involved in the closing of 90 debt transactions totaling $1.03 billion. Mr. Rolston is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee for the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and is also a member on the Developing Leaders Committee for Commercial Real Estate Development Association – Massachusetts (NAIOP). Matthew graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
John M. Stelling
Senior Investment Analyst
John Stelling joined High Street in February of 2024, and is responsible for supporting the underwriting, sourcing and asset management of investments in the Southeast. Prior to joining us, John spent two years in the industrial real estate industry sourcing opportunities, underwriting and assisting on business plans on multiple industrial transactions. John spent over 6 years building his career working in asset acquisitions, management and debt servicing. He attended The University of Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics.
David Wulfert
Investment Analyst
David Wulfert joined High Street Logistics Properties in January 2024 as an Investment Analyst. Mr. Wulfert is responsible for supporting all aspects of acquisitions and underwriting for High Street’s Fund Investments in the Southwest. Before joining High Street, Mr. Wulfert was an Investment Analyst Intern at High Ground Advisors in Dallas, and critical responsibilities included supporting the investment team by analyzing and researching investment opportunities/metrics across all asset classes. In December of 2023 Mr. Wulfert earned a BBA degree with concentration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
Daniel J. Coughlin
Research and Analytics
Mr. Coughlin has been active in commercial real estate investment, operations and management for over 44 years. Mr. Coughlin is a founding member of High Street and is responsible for High Street’s research and analytics. Prior to forming High Street in 2002, Mr. Coughlin spent 22 years with New England Mutual Life Insurance Company and was a founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of its real estate subsidiary Copley Real Estate Advisors. Later, Mr. Coughlin was a senior executive with both Trammell Crow Company and Phoenix Corporate Services. Between 1989 and 1991, Mr. Coughlin served as President of the National Council of Real Estate Fiduciaries (NCREIF). Mr. Coughlin received a BA from Stonehill College and an MBA from Boston University.
