Conor Feeney

Head of Acquisitions

Conor Feeney is Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions, located in the Dallas office. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in all of High Street’s target markets and sourcing acquisition opportunities in Texas. Mr. Feeney had previously worked at High Street from 2011 through 2014 as a Director of Acquisitions. Prior to rejoining High Street, he worked at Prologis for over three years focusing on development and acquisitions in the Texas and Tennessee markets. In total, Mr. Feeney has acquired or developed over $565 million (9.4 million square feet) of industrial assets. He also spent five years in brokerage on CB Richard Ellis’s Dallas industrial investment sales team. While at CBRE, he participated in the disposition of $18 billion and 195 million square feet of assets. Mr. Feeney obtained his CPA while working at Ernst & Young, and he holds a BBA and an MPA from the University of Texas and an MBA from The Wharton School. Mr. Feeney is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has been a member of the NAIOP Industrial Development Forum since 2018. Mr. Feeney is a member of High Street’s Management Committee.


David P. O’Reilly

Managing Director, Acquisitions

David O’Reilly joined High Street as a Managing Director of Acquisition in June 2014. He is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the southeast region of the United States, specifically in the Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida markets. Mr. O’Reilly has over 19 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including investments, dispositions, leasing and joint venture portfolio management. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. O’Reilly served as an Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing over his approximately 14-year career with First Industrial Realty Trust. Mr. O’Reilly earned his Bachelor of Science from the Illinois Benedictine College, a MS in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the DePaul University. Mr. O’Reilly is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and NAIOP’s Investment Management forum.


Kevin D. Coughlin

Managing Director, Acquisitions

Mr. Coughlin is responsible for acquisitions in the Northeast including Pennsylvania, Baltimore/Washington DC and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Coughlin joined High Street in 2005 as a Financial Analyst and from 2008 through 2013 was an Asset Manager overseeing High Street’s Atlanta, New Jersey and Chicago assets. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, he served as an accountant at CitiStreet, a State Street & Citigroup Company. Mr. Coughlin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.


Adam S. Naparsteck

Managing Director, Acquisitions

Mr. Naparsteck is responsible for acquisitions in the Chicago market. Mr. Naparsteck joined High Street in 2018 after 12 years in industrial real estate brokerage, most recently at NAI Hiffman. He has represented a number of institutional clients including Blackstone, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial, and Dermody Properties to name a few. Mr. Naparsteck primarily focused on institutional quality assets, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial facilities. Mr. Naparsteck holds a BA in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. Mr. Naparsteck is active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).


Timothy J. Collins

Senior Director, Capital Markets

Mr. Collins is Director of Debt & Due Diligence and is located in High Street’s Boston office. In this role, across all Funds and separate accounts, he is responsible for oversight of the due diligence process, lender relationships and debt placement. From 2016-2019, prior to rejoining High Street, he worked as Vice President / Commercial Officer at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank. Mr. Collins previously worked at High Street from 2011 -2016 as Senior Associate, Acquisitions and performed various roles including acquisition sourcing, debt, closings, underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and dispositions. From 2006-2011, he served as Assistant Vice President/ Commercial Real Estate Officer for Legacy Real Estate Finance (Legacy Banks) generating commercial real estate debt opportunities nationally and managing a $120 million non-recourse loan portfolio. Tim holds a BS and MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.


Jeremy F. Brown

Director, Investments

Mr. Brown is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the southwest region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown covered all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Senior Asset Manager for the southwest region. Prior to joining High Street in 2018, Mr. Brown worked as an Asset Manager for Colony Industrial where he managed a portfolio across the Denver, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and Tampa markets. Prior to serving as Asset Manager, his responsibilities included working with all aspects of underwriting, accounting, budgeting and reporting. Before working at Colony Industrial, Mr. Brown worked for Fidelity Investments in Westlake Texas. Mr. Brown holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. Mr. Brown is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NAIOP in Dallas.


Hayes D. Brewer

Director, Investments

Hayes Brewer joined High Street in 2020 as an Associate and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the development process in each of High Street’s regions. Mr. Brewer is also responsible for supporting all acquisition opportunities in the southeast. Prior to joining High Street in 2020, Mr. Brewer was an Associate at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group in Atlanta. In this role, Mr. Brewer was directly involved in the closing of more than 20 transactions encompassing over $400 million in debt and equity placements in markets throughout the southeast. Mr. Brewer earned his BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama where he played four years of collegiate tennis.


Nathan M. Rippe

Senior Investment Analyst

Nathan Rippe joined High Street Logistics Properties in May 2021 and is responsible for supporting all analytics, underwriting, and execution related duties regarding acquisitions for High Street’s fund investments in the Southeast. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Rippe was a Senior Investment Analyst at IDI Logistics in Atlanta. In his prior role, Mr. Rippe provided strategic analysis by underwriting new capital deployment opportunities, evaluating new lease deals, and creating investment memorandums. Mr. Rippe earned his BA in Real Estate from Indiana University.


Jack M. Doherty

Investment Analyst

Jack Doherty joined High Street Logistics Properties in September 2021 as an Investment Analyst. Mr. Doherty is responsible for supporting all aspects of acquisitions and underwriting for High Street’s Fund Investments in the Southwest. Before joining High Street, Mr. Doherty was a Financial Analyst at Fort Capital in Fort Worth, and critical responsibilities included underwriting new investment opportunities and investment performance reporting. Mr. Doherty earned a BBA in Finance with Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Christian University.


Christopher W. O’Connor

Investment Analyst

Chris O’Connor joined High Street Logistics Properties in July 2021 as an Investment Analyst. Mr. O’Connor is responsible for supporting all aspects related to the acquisition and underwriting across High Street’s Fund Investments in the Northeast. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. O’Connor worked as an intern at CBRE, where he worked as a member of the Tenant Leasing team focused on the Boston market. Prior to working at CBRE, he interned at Novaya Real Estate Ventures, working with the Asset Management team in Boston. Mr. O’Connor earned his BS in Finance and a minor in History from Boston College.


Daniel J. Coughlin

Research and Analytics

Mr. Coughlin has been active in commercial real estate investment, operations and management for over 44 years. Mr. Coughlin is a founding member of High Street and is responsible for High Street’s research and analytics.  Prior to forming High Street in 2002, Mr. Coughlin spent 22 years with New England Mutual Life Insurance Company and was a founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of its real estate subsidiary Copley Real Estate Advisors. Later, Mr. Coughlin was a senior executive with both Trammell Crow Company and Phoenix Corporate Services. Between 1989 and 1991, Mr. Coughlin served as President of the National Council of Real Estate Fiduciaries (NCREIF). Mr. Coughlin received a BA from Stonehill College and an MBA from Boston University.
