Laura A. Larson
Director, Asset Management
Laura Larson joined High Street in February 2023 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Asset Manager for the Northeast Region. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Larson was Head of Industrial Real Estate at Wayfair where she was responsible for strategic planning, site selection, and lease transactions for their global industrial portfolio. Prior to Wayfair, Laura worked for AEW Capital Management as a Vice President within their Asset Management team. Ms. Larson received her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her BBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Michael J. Shanahan
Director, Asset Management
Mr. Shanahan is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Asset Manager for the Midwest region. He joined High Street in June 2017 as a senior investment analyst responsible for the market research, underwriting, and subsequent phases of the acquisitions process for each of High Street’s regions. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Shanahan was a Senior Associate in the Economic Valuation Services practice at KPMG LLP where he worked on a wide range of valuation engagements for consulting and financing purposes, feasibility studies, due diligence matters and litigation support. Mr. Shanahan received his BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute.
Maggie E. Manusama
Senior Asset Manager
Maggie Manusama joined High Street in April 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Asset Manager for the Southeast region. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Manusama worked at IDI Logistics as a Senior Financial Analyst where she created development project budgets and facilitated all associated due diligence while engaging in securing portfolio and project-based financing for new development and acquisitions across the major markets in the US. Preceding her role in the Finance department at IDI Logistics, she was a Senior Real Estate Accountant. Ms. Manusama received her MA in Public Relations and her BBA in Accounting at New York Institute of Technology. Maggie is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Real Estate Networking Empowering Women (RENEW).
Hannah Gilmore
Senior Asset Manager
Hannah Gilmore joined High Street in February 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Asset Manager for the Southwest Region. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Gilmore worked at Link Logistics Real Estate as an associate on their Dallas asset management team where she was responsible for all leasing, underwriting, and budgeting functions within their portfolio. Prior to working at Link, Hannah worked at Colony Industrial as a senior analyst on their Asset Management team. Ms. Gilmore received her BS in finance from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Gilmore serves on the board of Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE) and is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas.
Owen M. Hughes
Asset Manager
Owen Hughes is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Asset Manager for the Midwest region. He joined High Street in 2017 as an Investment Analyst, with responsibility for supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process across High Street’s investment platform. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Hughes worked at Colliers International, where he worked as a member of an industrial brokerage team focused on the Chicago market. Prior to Colliers, he interned at Cushman & Wakefield within the Corporate Services division as a member of the business development team. Mr. Hughes earned his BA in Economics from Indiana University.
Jack Doherty
Asset Manager
Jack Doherty is an Asset Manager, focusing on leasing, operations, and the financial performance of High Street’s assets in the Southwest region. Jack began his career at High Street as an Investment Analyst in 2021 and has been a member of the Asset Management team since 2024. Jack graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Real Estate Emphasis.
