Michelle R. Paglia
Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Paglia is responsible for the financial reporting of the High Street funds, including the management of our valuation process, investor and tax reporting. Prior to joining High Street in 2009, Ms. Paglia was an audit manager at Caturano and Company for ten years, where she was responsible for providing audit and attest services as well as corporate and individual tax services to her client base, which consisted of privately held businesses and venture backed companies. Ms. Paglia holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Shuvaun M. Neville
Ms. Neville is responsible for the coordination, preparation, and issuance of financial reports related to High Street’s private equity funds, including managing and forecasting fund cash, and investor and third-party reporting. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Neville was Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Kayne Anderson Real Estate for eight years. In addition to being responsible for accounting and financial reporting, she was actively involved in acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, and operations for four private equity real estate funds consisting of student housing, self-storage, medical office, and senior housing. Ms. Neville holds a BBA in accounting from Pace University.
Matthew R. Kenney
Mr. Kenney joined High Street in 2013 and serves as a Fund Controller within the accounting group. Matt’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting for the High Street funds. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Kenney was an audit senior at McGladrey for five years. At McGladrey, he was responsible for providing audit and attest services to his client base, which consisted of middle market clients across diverse industries, including real estate fund investments, low-income/ affordable housing management companies and tax credit real estate ventures. Mr. Kenney holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Joyce A. Bielen
Ms. Bielen oversees the third-party-manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. She also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly reforecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Ms. Bielen has been working in the accounting and real estate management fields for over 30 years. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, Ms. Bielen served as Controller and Senior Property Manager for The Ellendale Company LLC of Newton. Ms. Bielen holds an AS in Business from University of Massachusetts, Boston; a Continuing Education Certificate in Accounting and Finance from University of California, La Jolla; and her RPA certification in Commercial Real Estate Management from BOMI International of Maryland. She is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public.
Donald J. Casey
Mr. Casey oversees the third-party-manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. He also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Mr. Casey has been working in the accounting and real estate management fields for over 24 years. In the five years prior to joining High Street in 2010, Don served as a Senior Property Accountant/Manager for Century 21 Crowley-Braese Commercial of Woburn and, prior to that, he was a Senior Property accountant for Duffy Properties LLC of Waltham. Mr. Casey holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Merrimack College. He is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and a Massachusetts Licensed Appraiser.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE – FORECASTING AND ANALYSIS
Mr. Bagley joined High Street’s accounting group as a Senior Associate of Financial Reporting in 2018 and transitioned to the role of Forecasting and Analysis in 2022. Ryan’s responsibilities include modeling and forecasting, data collection and management, budget analysis and capital raises. Prior to joining High Street in 2018, Mr. Bagley was an audit senior at Ernst & Young for six years. At Ernst & Young, he was responsible for providing audit and attest services to his client base, which consisted of small to large market private equity funds, middle market venture capital funds and management companies. Mr. Bagley holds a M.S and a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University.
Denise N. Kilderry
Senior Associate – Financial Reporting
Denise Kilderry joined High Street in 2020 and serves as a Senior Associate – Financial Reporting within the accounting group. Ms. Kilderry’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, investment valuation and investor reporting. Prior to joining High Street, Denise was an associate in the Small Business Group at KLR for five years. At KLR, she was responsible for providing tax, bookkeeping and financial preparation services to her client base. Ms. Kilderry holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Monica Singh oversees the Development portfolio for High Street’s separate accounts and funds that invest in development projects. Mrs. Singh has been working in the accounting and real estate field for over 19 years. In the six years prior to joining High Street in 2022, Monica served as a Development Accountant for Kilroy Realty, a commercial real estate investment trust. Mrs. Singh holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.
Senior Corporate Accountant
Chad Warnock joined High Street in 2022 and serves as a Senior Corporate Accountant within the accounting group. Mr. Warnock’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting for the High Street management companies. Prior to joining High Street, Chad was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, and an Accounting Manager for Sea Oats Group. At Sea Oats Group, he was responsible for bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for a portfolio of real estate companies. Mr. Warnock holds a B.S. in Finance from Berry College and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Jennifer K. Lester
Ms. Lester joined High Street in May of 2009. She is responsible for general office administration, accounts payable, and information technology, including the coordination of investor communications and online postings to the investor portal and website. Ms. Lester has worked in real estate and property management since 2001. Before joining High Street, she was Office Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Berkeley Investments, Inc. in Boston for eight years. She holds a BS degree from Emerson College.
