Mr. Chagares is a founding member of High Street and serves as its Chairman, responsible for the Company’s capital markets and investor relations. Mr. Chagares has been active in commercial real estate investment, development, and management for 40 years. Prior to forming High Street in 2002, he spent 17 years with the Trammell Crow Company, where he was a member of the company’s Operating Committee, serving as a partner in Washington, DC, and later as Senior Managing Director in Philadelphia, where he directed the company’s development, investment and global services activities across the Northeast Metro Region. Mr. Chagares holds a BA degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a JD degree from the Ohio State University College of Law. Mr. Chagares is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Chagares is a member of High Street’s Executive, Management, and Investment Committees.

Andrew Zgutowicz

Mr. Zgutowicz, in his role as Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall management of the company, its funds, capital strategy, and investment activities. Mr. Zgutowicz joined High Street in 2008 as a Principal and Head of Acquisitions and, with his guidance, expanded the acquisition team and brokerage network. For 12 years prior to joining High Street, Mr. Zgutowicz was a Senior Investment Officer with First Industrial Realty Trust, where he directed both acquisition and disposition transactions totaling in excess of $2.6 billion and joint venture initiatives with the company’s institutional investment partners. Mr. Zgutowicz holds a BS in finance from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Zgutowicz is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has been a NAIOP Industrial Acquisition Forum member since 2013. Mr. Zgutowicz is a member of High Street’s Executive, Management, and Investment Committees.

John Hoadley

Mr. Hoadley joined High Street in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, taxes, cash management, and compliance for the High Street funds. Before joining High Street, he was an Executive Vice President of REIT Management and Research. This privately owned real estate management company served as the external manager to three publicly traded REITs and two publicly traded operating companies. During his ten years there, Mr. Hoadley served as the CFO of Senior Housing Properties Trust and TravelCenters of America, among other roles. Prior to that, he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen for five years. Mr. Hoadley holds a BS in accounting from Babson College and is a certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts. Mr. Hoadley is a member of High Street’s Executive, Management, and Investment Committees.

Mr. Feeney is the Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions, located in the Dallas office. In this capacity, he is responsible for the investment, asset management, and operations across all of High Street’s Funds, 3rd party joint-ventures, and separate accounts. He is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in all of High Street’s target markets and sourcing acquisition opportunities in Texas. Mr. Feeney had previously worked at High Street from 2011 through 2014 as a Director of Acquisitions. Prior to rejoining High Street, he worked at Prologis for over three years, focusing on development and acquisitions in the Texas and Tennessee markets. In total, Mr. Feeney has acquired or developed over $565 million (9.4 million square feet) of industrial assets. He also spent five years in brokerage on CB Richard Ellis’s Dallas industrial investment sales team. While at CBRE, he participated in the disposition of $18 billion and 195 million square feet of assets. Mr. Feeney obtained his CPA while working at Ernst & Young, and he holds a BBA and an MPA from the University of Texas and an MBA from The Wharton School. Mr. Feeney is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has been a member of the NAIOP Industrial Development Forum since 2018. Mr. Feeney is a member of High Street’s Management Committee.

Mr. Ruen is a Principal and Senior Managing Director for Separate Accounts/JVs & Development responsible for the investment of separate account and joint venture capital in land and property acquisition for development/redevelopment across High Street’s regions nationally. Mr. Ruen has been active for 30 years in industrial and logistics property investment, development, and operations. Prior to joining High Street, he was with DCT Industrial Trust for 14 years, where he was Managing Director responsible for development and operations for the Eastern US and served as a member of the Executive Management Team. Before joining DCT, Mr. Ruen was with Prologis for 10 years, where he served as Senior Vice President and Southeast Regional Head for investment and operations. Mr. Ruen holds a BS from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from Georgia State University. Mr. Ruen is a member of High Street’s Management Committee.

Mr. Naparsteck is responsible for the firm’s capital markets (equity) and investor relations efforts, focusing on managing client and consultant relationships, new business development, and client service. Mr. Naparsteck joined High Street in 2018 after 12 years in industrial real estate brokerage, most recently at NAI Hiffman. He has represented a number of institutional clients including Blackstone, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial, and Dermody Properties. Mr. Naparsteck primarily focused on sale-leasebacks of institutional quality assets, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial facilities. Mr. Naparsteck holds a BA in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. Mr. Naparsteck is active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a member of the DEI Committee of the Chicago Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. O’Donoghue is Managing Director, Capital Markets (Equity) at High Street, based in the New York metro area. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s Capital Markets (Equity) and Investor Relations efforts, focusing on managing client and consultant relationships, new business development, and client service. Prior to joining High Street in 2024, Mr. O’Donoghue helped lead the Investor Relations function at Alidade Capital, a value-add real estate fund manager. He spent most of his career from 2012 to 2021 at TPG Angelo Gordon, where he most recently concentrated on fundraising for their real estate platform. Mr. O’Donoghue began his career at JPMorgan in their Private Banking division. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from the Lerner School of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.

Mr. Collins is Managing Director, Capital Markets at High Street’s Boston area office. In this role, across all Funds and separate accounts, he is responsible for oversight of debt capital markets, including debt placement and negotiations, lender relationships, and the overall execution strategy. From 2016-2019, prior to rejoining High Street, he worked as Vice President / Commercial Officer at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank where he was responsible for CRE portfolio growth and management. Mr. Collins previously worked at High Street from 2011 -2016 as Senior Associate, Acquisitions and performed various roles including acquisition sourcing, debt, closings, underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and dispositions. From 2006-2011, he served as Assistant Vice President/ Commercial Real Estate Officer for Legacy Real Estate Finance (Legacy Banks) generating commercial real estate debt opportunities nationally and managing a $120 million non-recourse loan portfolio. Tim holds a BS and MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

Matthew Rolston joined High Street in 2023 as an Associate responsible for supporting the firm’s debt capital markets and acquisition activities. In addition, he is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding key lending relationships for the firm nationwide. Prior to joining High Street, Matthew was a Senior Analyst on Northmarq’s debt and equity placement team in Boston. In his five years at Northmarq, Matthew was directly involved in the closing of 90 debt transactions totaling $1.03 billion. Mr. Rolston is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee for the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and is also a member on the Developing Leaders Committee for Commercial Real Estate Development Association – Massachusetts (NAIOP). Matthew graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

Mr. Coughlin is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in all of High Street’s target markets and sourcing acquisition opportunities in the Northeast including Pennsylvania, Baltimore/Washington DC and Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. Mr. Coughlin joined High Street in 2005 as a Financial Analyst and from 2008 through 2013 was an Asset Manager overseeing High Street’s Atlanta, New Jersey and Chicago assets. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, he served as an accountant at CitiStreet, a State Street & Citigroup Company. Mr. Coughlin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business. Mr. Coughlin is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of NAIOP’s Industrial Development Forum.

Mr. O’Reilly joined High Street as a Managing Director of Acquisitions in June 2014. He is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the Southeast region of the United States, specifically in the Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida markets. Mr. O’Reilly has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including investments, dispositions, leasing and joint venture portfolio management. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. O’Reilly served as an Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing over his 14-year career with First Industrial Realty Trust. Mr. O’Reilly earned his BS from the Illinois Benedictine College, his MS in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the DePaul University. Mr. O’Reilly is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and NAIOP’s Investment Management forum.

Mr. Redland is responsible for overseeing acquisitions nationwide for Joint Ventures & Separate Accounts. Mr. Redland joined High Street in May 2018 after 19 years at First Industrial Realty Trust. During his tenure at First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Redland was involved in over $3.5 billion of transactions with his most recent role as a Senior Investment Officer. Prior to joining First Industrial Realty Trust, he served as a Financial Analyst at The Greenwich Group International in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Redland holds a BS in Public Affairs with a concentration in Management and a minor in Biology from Indiana.

Mr. Brown, as Senior Director, is responsible for originating new investment opportunities in the southwest region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown covered all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Senior Asset Manager for the southwest region. Prior to joining High Street in 2018, Mr. Brown worked as an Asset Manager for Colony Industrial where he managed a portfolio across the Denver, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and Tampa markets. Prior to serving as Asset Manager, his responsibilities included working with all aspects of underwriting, accounting, budgeting and reporting. Before working at Colony Industrial, Mr. Brown worked for Fidelity Investments in Westlake Texas. Mr. Brown holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. Mr. Brown is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NAIOP in Dallas.

Michael Shanahan

Mr. Shanahan is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities in the Midwest Region as well as overseeing all investment, asset management and operations of its 8.6 million square foot portfolio. Prior to his current role, he was the senior member of High Street’s asset management group while managing all leasing, property management and dispositions for the region. Mr. Shanahan originally joined High Street in June 2017 as a senior investment analyst responsible for the underwriting, market research, and subsequent phases of the acquisitions process for each of High Street’s regions. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Shanahan was a Senior Associate in the Economic Valuation Services practice at KPMG LLP where he worked on a wide range of valuation engagements for consulting and financing purposes, feasibility studies, due diligence matters and litigation support. Mr. Shanahan received his BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Shanahan is a member of High Street’s Fair Market Value Committee.

Brett Bousquet joined High Street in 2020 as a Senior Investment Analyst. Mr. Bousquet is responsible for supporting all aspects related to acquisition and underwriting across High Street’s Fund Investments. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Bousquet was an Analyst at Starwood Retail Partners working within the Asset Management Group in Chicago. In this role, Mr. Bousquet provided strategic analysis by underwriting new acquisition opportunities, evaluated new lease deals, and created investment memorandums. Mr. Bousquet earned his BA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

JT Brice joined High Street Logistics Properties in October of 2024 as an Investment Analyst. JT is responsible for supporting underwriting and due diligence efforts for High Street’s Fund Investments in the Southwest. Prior to joining High Street, JT was an Acquisitions Analyst for ATCAP Partners in Dallas, Texas. During his tenure at ATCAP, JT was responsible for supporting underwriting and due diligence efforts for industrial acquisitions across the Sunbelt and Midwest. JT graduated from Louisiana Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and is a Texas Real Estate Commission License holder.

John Carpenter joined High Street Logistics Properties in October 2024 as an Investment/Fundraising Analyst. Mr. Carpenter is responsible for supporting all aspects of acquisitions and underwriting for High Street’s Fund Investments in the Northeast and is also responsible for developing and maintaining High Street’s investor databases. Before joining High Street, Mr. Carpenter was an Industrial Capital Markets Intern at Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas, and a Summer Development Intern at Constellation Real Estate Partners in Dallas. In May of 2024, Mr. Carpenter earned an MS in Real Estate at the University of Colorado and was recognized as the Real Estate Outstanding Master’s Student in his graduating class. In May of 2023, Mr. Carpenter earned a BBA degree with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado.

John Stelling joined us in the role of Senior Investment Analyst based in our Atlanta office. Prior to joining us, John spent 2 years in the industrial real estate industry, most recently as a Senior Analyst with Faropoint working with the acquisition and asset management teams. John was responsible for sourcing new opportunities, underwriting and assisting with business plans on multiple industrial transactions. John spent over 6 years building his career working in asset acquisitions, management, and debt servicing. He attended The University of Georgia and earned a BS in Consumer Economics.

Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Tamer interned at Woda Cooper Companies as a Development Analyst where he conducted the site selection process for affordable housing developments and assisted on LIHTC applications. Mr. Tamer earned a BS in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Mills is responsible for supporting all aspects of development and construction, with an emphasis on land acquisition, entitlement and permitting of new construction, and tenant improvements. Ms. Mills has a combined 17 years of experience in design, development, and construction. Prior to joining High Street, she spent 7 years as Vice President of Engineering for Becknell Industrial, managing a team of engineers to execute on pre-development and permitting of over $800 million in new development across the country. Before Becknell, Ms. Mills spent over 10 years as a civil engineer with various Chicagoland design firms. Ms. Mills holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Martin is responsible for supporting all aspects of development and construction activities and has a primary roll in the execution of land acquisitions, new construction, and capital projects with tenant improvements. Mr. Martin has over 24 years of construction experience including multiple facets of management, preconstruction, design, contract negotiation, project management and project execution. Prior to joining High Street, he was in leadership roles at Talley-Riggins Construction and Arch-Con Corporation guiding their expansive growth in the Industrial and Office markets. Prior to these opportunities, Mr. Martin spent over 15 years in construction with Jordan Foster, Cadence McShane, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction. Mr. Martin hold a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Ganter is responsible for supporting all aspects of development and construction with an emphasis on land acquisitions, entitlements, permitting, and oversight of new construction projects as well as capital projects with tenant improvements. Mr. Ganter has over 14 years of development and construction experience including all facets of design, engineering, entitlements, contract negotiation, pre-development, project management, and build-to-suit. Prior to joining High Street, he was in a leadership role at Portman Holdings overseeing execution of development projects across the Industrial, Residential, and Commercial development platforms. Before Portman, Mr. Ganter spent over 8 years with Holder Construction in various roles overseeing teams and executing projects across the Southeastern United States. Mr. Ganter holds a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Kuzmin is responsible for supporting all aspects of the development process in each of High Street’s regions. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Kuzmin was an Acquisitions Associate at Outour Storage in Atlanta. In this role, Mr. Kuzmin led outdoor storage acquisition efforts across the United States, negotiated lease agreements and coordinated equity and debt partnerships. Prior to Outour Storage, Mr. Kuzmin worked as an investment banking associate at Stephens Inc. Mr. Kuzmin earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and his MS in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Laura Larson joined High Street in February 2023 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Senior Director, Head of Asset Management. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Larson was Head of Industrial Real Estate at Wayfair where she was responsible for strategic planning, site selection, and lease transactions for their global industrial portfolio. Prior to Wayfair, Laura worked for AEW Capital Management as a Vice President within their Asset Management team. Ms. Larson received her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her BBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jack Doherty is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Asset Manager for the Southwest region. Mr. Doherty joined High Street Logistics Properties in September 2021 as an Investment Analyst. Before joining High Street, Mr. Doherty was a Financial Analyst at Fort Capital in Fort Worth, and critical responsibilities included underwriting new investment opportunities and investment performance reporting. Mr. Doherty earned a BBA in Finance with Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Christian University.

Hannah Gilmore joined High Street in February 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Asset Manager for the Southwest region. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Gilmore worked at Link Logistics Real Estate as an associate on their Dallas asset management team where she was responsible for all leasing, underwriting, and budgeting functions within their portfolio. Prior to working at Link, Hannah worked at Colony Industrial as a senior analyst on their Asset Management team. Ms. Gilmore received her BS in finance from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Gilmore serves on the board of Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE) and is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas.

Owen Hughes is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as High Street’s Asset Manager for the Midwest region. He joined High Street in 2017 as an Investment Analyst, with responsibility for supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process across High Street’s investment platform. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Hughes worked at Colliers International, where he worked as a member of an industrial brokerage team focused on the Chicago market. Prior to Colliers, he interned at Cushman & Wakefield within the Corporate Services division as a member of the business development team. Mr. Hughes earned his BA in Economics from Indiana University.

Maggie Manusama joined High Street in April 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all leasing and property management functions as the Asset Manager for the Southeast region. Prior to joining High Street, Ms. Manusama worked at IDI Logistics as a Senior Financial Analyst where she created development project budgets and facilitated all associated due diligence while engaging in securing portfolio and project-based financing for new development and acquisitions across the major markets in the US. Preceding her role in the Finance department at IDI Logistics, she was a Senior Real Estate Accountant. Ms. Manusama received her MA in Public Relations and her BBA in Accounting at New York Institute of Technology. Maggie is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Real Estate Networking Empowering Women (RENEW).

Prior to joining High Street in 2009, Ms. Paglia was an audit manager at Caturano and Company for ten years, where she was responsible for providing audit and attest services as well as corporate and individual tax services to her client base, which consisted of privately held businesses and venture backed companies. Ms. Paglia holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paula Almeida

Senior Portfolio Accountant

Ms. Almeida oversees the third-party-manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. She also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Ms. Almeida has been working in the accounting and real estate management field for over 20 years. Prior to joining High Street in 2023, Ms. Almeida served for 15 years as a senior portfolio accountant at Winstanley Enterprises, LLC. During Ms. Almeida’s tenure there, she was responsible for the accounting for a large portfolio of office, mixed-use and retail properties. Ms. Almeida holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Northeastern University.

Ryan Bagley

Senior Manager, Forecasting & Analysis

Mr. Bagley joined High Street’s accounting group as a Senior Associate of Financial Reporting in 2018 and transitioned to the role of Forecasting and Analysis in 2022. Ryan’s responsibilities include modeling and forecasting, data collection and management, budget analysis and capital raises. Prior to joining High Street in 2018, Mr. Bagley was an audit senior at Ernst & Young for six years. At Ernst & Young, he was responsible for providing audit and attest services to his client base, which consisted of small to large market private equity funds, middle market venture capital funds and management companies. Mr. Bagley holds a M.S and a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Hannah Brady joined High Street in 2024 and serves as a Portfolio Accountant within the accounting group. Ms. Brady’s responsibilities include maintaining the books and records of the property level assets including reviewing financial reporting and reconciliations prepared by third-party managers.  Hannah started her career in public accounting at CohnReznick in which she primarily focused on the residential real estate sector. She holds a B.S in Accounting with minors in Finance and Business Management from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA.

Mr. Casey oversees the third-party-manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. He also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Mr. Casey has been working in the accounting and real estate management fields for over 38 years. In the five years prior to joining High Street in 2010, Don served as a Senior Property Accountant/Manager for Century 21 Crowley-Braese Commercial of Woburn and, prior to that, he was a Senior Property accountant for Duffy Properties LLC of Waltham. Mr. Casey holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Merrimack College. He is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and a Massachusetts Licensed Appraiser.

Kyle Grossi joined High Street in 2024 and serves as a Financial Reporting Associate within the accounting group. Mr. Grossi’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, investment valuation and investor reporting. Prior to joining High Street, Kyle was a Senior Corporate Accountant for Bruker Corporation. At Bruker, he was responsible for the consolidation and presentation of the entity’s financials for reporting on the NASDAQ. Mr. Grossi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from Salem State University and is currently working his way towards a master’s degree.

Mr. Kenney joined High Street in 2013 and serves as a Fund Controller within the accounting group. Matt’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting for the High Street funds. Prior to joining High Street, Mr. Kenney was an audit senior at McGladrey for five years. At McGladrey, he was responsible for providing audit and attest services to his client base, which consisted of middle market clients across diverse industries, including real estate fund investments, low-income/ affordable housing management companies and tax credit real estate ventures. Mr. Kenney holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Denise Kilderry joined High Street in 2020 and serves as Fund Controller for High Street’s Core+ Funds within the accounting group. Ms. Kilderry’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, investment valuation and investor reporting. Prior to joining High Street, Denise was an associate in the Small Business Group at KLR for five years. At KLR, she was responsible for providing tax, bookkeeping and financial preparation services to her client base. Ms. Kilderry holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Lester joined High Street in May of 2009. She is responsible for comprehensive office administration including, accounts payable, information technology, online treasury management, and coordination of investor communications and events. Ms. Lester has worked in real estate and property management since 2001. She previously served as Office Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Berkeley Investments, Inc. in Boston for eight years. She holds a BS degree from Emerson College.

Vanessa McCafferty joined High Street in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate – Financial Reporting within the accounting group. Mrs. McCafferty’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, investment valuation and investor reporting. Vanessa started her career in public accounting at EY, then joined the real estate industry as a Senior Portfolio Accountant at The Davis Companies and the Director of Accounting and Operations for Arx Urban. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Monica Singh oversees the Development portfolio for High Street’s separate accounts and funds that invest in development projects. Mrs. Singh has been working in the accounting and real estate field for over 19 years. In the six years prior to joining High Street in 2022, Monica served as a Development Accountant for Kilroy Realty, a commercial real estate investment trust. Mrs. Singh holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.

Chad Warnock joined High Street in 2022 and serves as a Senior Corporate Accountant within the accounting group. Mr. Warnock’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting for the High Street management companies. Prior to joining High Street, Chad was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, and an Accounting Manager for Sea Oats Group. At Sea Oats Group, he was responsible for bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for a portfolio of real estate companies. Mr. Warnock holds a B.S. in Finance from Berry College and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
